5. Intellectual Property

6. User-Generated Content

When you create content using our AI tools, you retain ownership of your input prompts. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services. Output generated by our AI tools is subject to the specific terms of each product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES OR ERRORS, AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND VERIFYING ANY CONTENT GENERATED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORVYNO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orvyno LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
